Ok, another day has came and went. Day 16 was pretty smooth and started off with a banana with almond butter at 5:30am. I went to the gym early to train some clients and then stayed a bit after to do some computer work. I made some scrambled eggs and mixed in quinoa, cilantro and tomato into it and covered it in hot sauce, as usual! A few hours later I made some juice and sipped on it all afternoon as I completed some more paperwork.
The rest of the day was at the gym. Trained a few clients and taught 2 boot camps before coming home pretty exhausted. I made some salmon, broccoli and quinoa for supper and it was delicious!!! I was having a bit of a chocolate craving after supper so I made my frozen banana dessert, "Dreamy Chocolate Bliss". Felt a little guilty after eating, thinking I probably didn't need the extra calories but oh well. I did have a good workout in the afternoon. I did about 10 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the bike (getting my heart rate up to 155-which is tough) and was sweating pretty good after. I also taught abs class at the hospital and participated with them. So MAYBE the extra calories were OK ;)
