Juicing Adventure: Day 12! Whoo

Today was a pretty "steady-eddy" day.  I had an early morning client (at 6:00am) (NOT MY FAVORITE TIME OF DAY).  I basically dragged myself out of bed at 5:30am, made some hot tea and was out the door.  I got home about 7:15 and went back to bed, thinking I would wake in an hour.  Well I woke up 3 hours later at 10:20am!  Not complaining, I love sleep (and so does my body).  I just don't love being in a rush.  I had a workout session scheduled (to be trained) at 11am, so I hurried and got dressed, made a protein shake and ate 2 boiled eggs and was out the door again.

My workout felt pretty good today.  Seemed to be a little less energetic then wednesday's workout, but I think that is because of the rolling out of bed late deal.  I had a NanoLean halfway through my workout for a little boost.  NanoLean is a product we sell at Snap Fitness that has green coffee bean and green tea extract in it and gives you energy and helps you lose body fat! Yay!

So after my workout, I ran home, typed up a workout for a new client, ran back to the gym and printed it and grabbed the tape measure and body fat analyzer and was off to train a new client at Saint Francis Medical Center.  I had to run some errands and didn't get back home until 2:00pm for lunch.  I had a salad with lettuce, carrots, peppers, chicken and salsa for lunch.  It was very refreshing.

I went back over to the gym at 4:00pm to train 2 clients and had another NanoLean at this time.  The NanoLean has 5g of fiber in it as well so it also curbs your appetite.  It's an amazing supplement!  I was back home, making a juice around 6:00pm this evening.

My evening juice was not real tastey and included: 1/2 beet, kale, 1/2 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 lime, turmeric root, ginger root, ice and 1/2 c frozen blueberries.  It made about 5 cups and I drank them all!
Can't wait to have a quiet weekend and get some housework done!

Talk to you tomorrow.  Remember, message me with questions!
I am planning on having my Doctor on here as a "Guest Blogger" next week, so keep reading!
