Today was a bit of an off day for eating. I started the day with my hot lemon water and a protein shake: almond milk, frozen blueberries, vanilla protein powder and an apple. This was before my workout which was a twenty minute bike ride, followed by a good stretch :) I had a meeting right after my workout and then had to go teach abs class at the hospital, so lunch was a little late (about 1:30).
I cooked up 4-5 egg whites and then added a serving of my quinoa to it (the quinoa with avocado, tomato, jalapeno and cilantro) with hot sauce and it was really yummy! I ate an apple with my pecan butter as well and that always fills me up. Was feeling pretty irritable today (so I know my hormones are still messed up).
I sipped on some mineral water with a full lime squeezed in it (my FAVORITE). Didn't seem to be very thirsty today so I don't know whats up with that. I kind of just snacked a little bit after lunch on some carrots and hummus at the gym and didn't have time to make a juice or protein shake, so I am yet to make a protein shake tonight. I snuck out of the gym and went to my alma mater high school to watch a girls basketball game. Was good to see those girls again!
Lets hope for a little better eating schedule tomorrow and some JUICE!
