I am going to brief with this post and elaborate more later today :) I have a big event (Grand Opening) to go set up at my gym this morning and I was home late from a George Strait concert 2 hours away. So briefly-day 5 was the easiest day so far. I was hungry maybe once during the day and only got 4 cups of juice in from 10-11am. I munched on some fruits and veggies the rest of the day when I had time and drank my lemon water! I was quite swamped setting up my open house event and getting ready for my grand opening that food was about the last thing on my mind!
