Day 4 is done! Yay!
This is going about how I thought it would go. The first few days are tough, but it gets easier everyday. Today was the easiest day so far. I wasn't hungry much at all and felt very much in control. I started out the day with my regular detox juice (cucumber, carrots, apple, ginger, lemon, lime, celery, pinch of cinnamon). I add the cinnamon sporadically, when I am feeling like some spice in my life..haha!
Lunch was the same detox juice and a drank it down easier and faster than the previous 3 days. I did have a few pickles before I juiced at lunch time again ...(don't tell on me!). The afternoon was very busy so I didn't drink enough water at the gym again (RRRR). I was working at the gym until 9PM and did not even have enough energy to juice when I got home. I made some lemon water and munched on some cucumbers and carrots. Been busy this week getting ready for my Members Open House and Grand Re-Opening this weekend so it has been long, busy days. The busy days probably help me not think about my current lite diet!
Feeling very optimistic about finishing this challenge at this point and so excited for my events the next few days, but also excited for them to be over so I can give myself a little more attention and get some more SLEEP! I like my 8 hours a day and NEED them.
I forgot to mention last night. I am a total popcorn lover, especially at games and events..the aroma just sends bliss to my nostrils. Anyway this is relevant because I went to a basketball game last night and the gym was filled with the delicious smell of popcorn and I didn't cave! whoo hoo!
