Scrumptious Smoothies!



I have had many requests to share some of my smoothie recipes, so I will share a few of the ones that I make most often.  

Peanut Butter Banana
8 oz coconut/almond milk
1/2 cup frozen bananas (chop up fresh bananas and freeze)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (add last after mixing everything)

Protein Mocha Latte
8 oz coconut/almond milk
1 tbsp organic instant coffee
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (add last after mixing everything)
2-4 ice cubes

Green Goodness
8 oz coconut/almond milk
1 tsp unrefined coconut oil
1 scoop chia seeds1 apple (chopped)
1 handful of spinach/kale/romaine
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (add last after mixing everything)
2-4 ice cubes
optional: tbsp honey and tbsp goji berries
