Lazy Day Blues?

Lazy Day Blues?

Do you ever get the blues because you missed your workout or couldn't make it to the gym?  Things come up all the time in this rat-race world, so don't fret!  Even if you do not have a single piece of equipment, you can manage a        short home workout that will make you sweat, increase endorphins in your body and make you feel GOOD!

Here it is:

Do three sets of this circuit:  20 Jumping Jacks, 12  Pushups, 20 Crunches

Rest 1 minute

 Do three sets of this circuit:  20 Squats, 20 Mountain Climbers, 30-60s Plank

This should take you 15-20 minutes and you should be sweating by the end of it and feeling good!  Minimum rest between exercises is necessary to keep your heart rate up and keep you in the fat burning mode.  



            Mountain Climbers
Start out in this position to do a mountain climber and then bring one knee forward at a time, alternating.  Body should stay in that flat line, do not bring butt up in the air.

Plank
The picture of a plank is in the top left corner of the blog.  Shoulders should stay directly above elbows, butt flat, feet shoulder width apart.

Oh my!!! that you are simply too true to become good. How do anyone manage to write down IN ADDITION TO research at this type of amazing things? you use inspired me to perform harder now. my partner and i shall try As much As possible to be able to take pleasure in life towards fullest IN ADDITION TO possibly be satiated by the amazing points that are of around me, that we continues to be unaware associated with until now.
