Schneider Training is Ashlee Schneider's personal training business and as of January 1, 2013, Ashlee owns Snap Fitness of Grand Island as well. Ashlee started personal training in 2009 and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified, Sports Nutrition Certified and Sports Conditioning Certified among others. Snap Fitness boasts 5 of the Best Certified Personal Trainers in the Tri-City area! We've helped many members achieve their fitness goals whether it be strength, weight loss, fat loss, fit level or Athlete Performance. We specialize in training athletes, as Ashlee has written many strength and conditioning programs for athletes.
